Paul Awwad is a founding partner of SAAS Lawyers | Avocats. His practice encompasses commercial work with particular expertise in corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, media law, technology and telecommunications, international franchising, intellectual property and offshore law.
Paul advises Lebanese and international clients across diverse sectors, including media, entertainment, real estate, telecommunications, hospitality, start-ups, and digital platforms. His work covers corporate structuring, trade and distribution, import and export operations, as well as private client matters such as inheritance, estate planning, international taxation and matrimonial law, including prenuptial agreements and representation in civil and religious courts.
He began his career in 1986 as an associate, later senior associate, at a prominent Beirut firm advising a leading regional television network and representing clients in commercial, civil and criminal cases. In 2000, he established his own firm before co-founding SAAS Lawyers | Avocats.
