Before joining SAAS in 2023, Guillaume worked in the disputes departments of multinational law firms in Paris, gaining experience in sectors such as construction, distribution, media, franchising, and shareholder agreements. He has acted in ICC, ICSID, DIFC, DIAC and ad hoc arbitrations, and has managed the enforcement of arbitration awards before courts in France and Dubai.
