• Advised a Spanish-Lebanese consortium during the public procurement process for a power station in Lebanon and on a related potential ICSID claim thereafter.
• Advised the same consortium on a potential ICSID claim arising from the procurement process.
• Provided legal advice to an Indian client during the public procurement process for a power station in Lebanon, including review of tender conditions and general conditions of contract.
• Delivered a comprehensive legal opinion on contractual issues for the same Indian client.
• Advised Lebanese authorities on the establishment of a Petroleum Sovereign Fund.
• Advised on the restructuring of a French company in the renewable energy sector.
• Supported a service provider in the electricity sector in negotiations to secure MIGA’s coverage for its contract with Lebanese authorities.
• Reviewed contractual documentation and providing several legal opinions for the same service provider.
• Advised a service provider in the electricity sector on financing negotiations with a European bank.
