- Advised a major US aerospace company in a joint venture with a Qatari governmental entity, including review and drafting of agreements and guidance on Qatari law.
- Advised a European defence and aviation company on the termination of an agency agreement in an Arab country.
- Represented families of victims of an airplane crash in Lebanon in proceedings against the airline and its insurers.
- Acted for a French defence company in two UNCITRAL arbitrations concerning the termination of agency contracts.
- Represented an Arab party in litigation before French courts in relation to a defence procurement contract involving state immunities, bank guarantees, embargo and public international law.
