Sana Sarkis is a Senior Associate at SAAS Lawyers | Avocats. She specialises in company and commercial law, employment and labour law, administrative law, intellectual property, contract negotiations, Islamic finance and insurance (Takaful) and taxation. Sana advises corporate clients in Lebanon and abroad, particularly in the media and television production sectors, where she negotiates and drafts a broad range of agreements related to production, licensing and IT services. Her experience also extends to advising on share transfers, trading rights, intellectual property protection and disputes involving trademarks, copyrights and contracts. She is currently pursuing a PhD thesis on economic duress in contract law. She was a senior associate at Awwad Law Offices before its amalgamation with SAAS.
