Michel Nassar is Counsel in the international arbitration and litigation practice at SAAS, based in Paris. His work focuses on commercial, investment, construction, energy, and intellectual property disputes. He has assisted private and public clients in ICC, ICSID, DIFC, BCCI and ad hoc arbitrations, and acts in litigation related to arbitration, covering matters from pre-litigation advice to enforcement of awards. Michel also advises companies on international operations, structuring cross-border transactions and obtaining regulatory approvals, and regularly delivers training on international business and commercial law to clients in the energy sector. Prior to joining SAAS, Michel worked in Paris and Beirut in the arbitration teams of multinational law firms including DLA Piper and Winston & Strawn.
