Jennifer Keyrouz is Counsel at the international arbitration practice at SAAS, where she has advised clients since 2013. Prior to joining the firm, she trained and practised at leading global law firms in Paris. Jennifer has over a decade of experience representing corporations, governments and state entities in high-value commercial, investment and construction disputes across Europe, the Middle East and the GCC.
She has acted as counsel in numerous arbitrations with a particular focus on commercial, construction, energy, and white-collar matters. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, she also sits as arbitrator, having been appointed in ICC, DIAC, and LAMC proceedings.
She is a member of the International Bar Association, ArbitralWomen, the ICC UAE and ICC Lebanon Arbitration Committees and CIArb London.

ICC arbitration exceeding 200 million dollars between an aircraft and helicopters manufacturer and its agent regarding the sale of commercial and military airplanes to a GCC country and involving issues of wrongful termination as well as allegations of corruption and bribery (Seat Paris, French law)
ICC arbitration opposing a cybersecurity and surveillance company to a GCC country in a dispute amounting to 60 million dollars.
ICC arbitration amounting to 40 million dollars between a Lebanese-Qatari JV and a Qatari developer regarding a FIDIC dispute under Qatari law (Seat Paris, Qatari Law).
ICC arbitration amounting to 35 million dollars between an aircraft manufacturer and a real estate fund in a shareholder’s dispute involving minority veto rights, gridlock and termination (Seat Paris, French law.)
