Founding partner of SAAS Lawyers | Avocats, Abdo Abi Najem now serves as Senior Counsel. His practice spans corporate and commercial law, international business, labor law, environmental law, intellectual property, media law, real estate and NGO-related matters. Abdo advises local and international clients across sectors including telecommunications, media and film production, advertising, fashion and haute couture, construction, architecture, environmental engineering, food and beverage, hospitality and start-ups. His work covers corporate structuring, trade and distribution, cross-border operations, contracts and intellectual property matters in Lebanon, the Arab region, Europe, Turkey, China and the United States. Notable examples include advising industrial machinery and steel distributors, fashion and haute couture houses, environmental engineering firms and media companies. He began his career as a trainee at Hatem, Keyrouz, Moukheiber, Messihi & Associates in Beirut, assisting NGOs and clients with company incorporation and corporate formalities. He then joined Naoum Farah Law Firm, advising the Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation International (LBCI) on media law and representing clients in civil, labor, commercial and criminal matters. Abdo subsequently worked at a leading insurance firm, drafting and reviewing contracts for Société Nationale des Assurances (SNA) and handling civil litigation. In 2000, he founded Abi Najem Law Office, providing legal consultancy to numerous local and international companies and NGOs. In 2013, he became a co-founder of SAAS Lawyers | Avocats.
